Next Tournament

Hello Golfers,
This year’s tournament will be soon upon us. We hope that you can make this year’s tournament schedule September 18-20 with a practice round on Thursday, September 17. Please make every effort to meet these required dates on the two forms attached with this email.
Maggie Valley is now requiring the “Canup Event Registration Form Fall 2026” or “Canup Event Registration 2026 – staying offsite” to be completed and returned by Saturday, August 1. Reach out to Maggie Valley (800-438-3861) for information on the remaining available condos for lodging. Please include your required deposit via check or credit card number. You can fax it to Maggie Valley Resort or email it to Lisa at reservations@maggievalleyclub.
Several golfers have planned arrangements for lodging offsite and you may do the same. Thus, complete the “Canup Event Registration 2026 – staying offsite” form. If you plan for lodging offsite, your pricing will change to a golf only package with Maggie Valley. Either way, you will need to complete the “132nd Canup Memorial Signup” sheet by Saturday, August 1.
You can signup on the www.canup-memorial.org website. Click on “Tournament Registration”. Fill out the form completely and then click on the “Submit” button located at the bottom of the page. And as another option, you can just email the “132nd Canup Memorial Signup” or send the form via US mail to me.
Please make sure to complete the signup sheet and one of the Maggie Valley registration forms. The documents are attached for your convenience.
